At Contract Flooring Services we specialise in floor -preparation and commercial and residential installation of floor covering. We install all domestic and commercial flooring including carpet, vinyl, LVT vinyl tiles, rubber, cork, timber, laminate, outdoor carpets and turf, as well as epoxy coatings. We also install coverings such as Vertiface and wet floor installations including shower floors and walls.
At Contract Flooring Services we recently under took a job for Snap Fitness in Richmond:
Work included grinding of 500m2 concrete substrate to remove all surface contamination. An application of PROTECT CRETE Moisture control to allow installation of floor-coverings over wet concrete.
Installation of a mixture of floor-coverings including commercial sheet vinyl, rubber gym tiles and carpet tiles.
At Contract Flooring Services we believe that it is important to think outside the square, which brings us to one of our more interesting projects the Jucy cat boat which is used in Milford Sounds as a cruise boat.
Work included sanding and degreasing of aluminium sub straight. Application of 2 component epoxy primer UNIZ PE460 followed by the installation of 30mm layer of UZIN NCI70 with bonding agent UNIZ PE502 mortar adhesive. Contract Flooring Services then installed a commercial vinyl as the final floor covering.
Contract Flooring Services are currently working at Nelson College, having recently completed one of the stages of the job.
Work included heavy grinding of 1100m2 concrete substrate. In the basement a moisture barrier was installed to stop rising damp. Over 300 bags of levelling compound were used to improve the levelness of the areas which were then covered with 6.5mm commercial underlay and carpet.
